150 Crore collections of Rayan

Dhanush starrer Rayan is doing well at the box office. The film collected around 70 crores worldwide and achieved record collections in the first weekend. The film also performed well at the box office in the second and third weekend. 150 crore gross mark worldwide. Rayan grossed around 75 crores in Tamil Nadu, 25 crores from Telugu states and Rest of India.

Ryan collected 5 million dollars in the overseas market. It is also the first Tier 2 film from Kollywood to gross 150 crores worldwide. After listening to the talk on the first day of Rayan’s movie, no one expected it to perform so well. Action scenes, AR Rahman’s music helped the film well. Dhanush took charge as the director. Dhanush is acting opposite Nagarjuna in his new film Kubera. Directed by Shekhar Kammula, Kubera is currently in the shooting phase. Dhanush is also playing the hero in Ilayaraja’s biopic.
