Tirumala: TTD Vigilance, which is working to check brokers in Tirumala, is playing the game of brokers. A check is being put on the pilgrims who are doing darshan with fake tickets. As part of this, the TTD vigilance wing, which increased its vigilance, identified devotees going for darshan with fake 300 special darshan tickets. TTD caught devotees going to Vaikuntha with color xerox tickets.
A thorough inspection by the vigilance officials revealed the original hoard. It was found that the devotees went for darshan with the help of Rudrasagar, who was scanning in Vaikuntha. A devotee named Mohan Raj from Chennai was found to have been cheated by old criminal Amrita Yadav with the help of Rudrasagar.
A case has been registered against Rudra Raju and Amrita Yadav, who sold four special entry tickets for Rs 11,000. It was concluded that on 17th of this month, 35 devotees had darshan of Srivari through Vaikuntha queue complex with fake tickets.
Investigation revealed that 2 thousand brokers were taken for each ticket. Rudrasagar, who was scanning 300 special darshan tickets, was arrested by the police while Amrita Yadav was absconding. The TTD Vigilance officials found that the darshan of the devotees was being done with fake tickets in association with a travel company from Chennai.
