ACA Elections | MP Keshineni Chinni as president of Andhra Cricket Association
Amaravati: MP Keshineni Chinni (Shivnath) was unanimously elected as the President of Andhra Cricket Association along with the entire working group. The notification for the ACA elections was released on September 8 and yesterday Friday was fixed as the last date for the nominations. In this election, the election was unanimous as nominations were filed individually for all the posts in ACA.
Kesineni Shivnath as President, Venkata Prashant as Vice President, Sana Satish as Secretary, Vishnu Kumar Raju as Joint Secretary, Srinivas as Treasurer. Gauru Vishnutej was elected as a councillor. But the final results will be declared officially on 8th of next month.
During the five-year rule of the YCP, there were allegations that the family members of Vijayasai Reddy, a member of parliament of the Andhra Cricket Association, had taken over and acted in a selfish way. When the coalition government came to power, elections were held for ACA. Vijayawada MP Keshineni Shivnath of TDP took the election as a challenge and succeeded in getting the entire working group to be unanimous.
