At the end of play, Hyderabad reached 227/7 in 75 overs in their second innings, with Rohit Rayudu scoring 61 and T Ravi Teja and CV Milind not out on 33 and 37 respectively. Earlier, TNCA Presidents XI scored 327 runs to take a slim lead of 14 runs with Hrithik Easwaran’s 100 (9×4, 2×6) while Tanay Thyagarajan impressed with 7/95 for Hyderabad.
