CM Siddaramaiah: No mistake..will not resign: Karnataka CM
Bengaluru: Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah said that there is no question of resigning. It is known that Governor Gehlot gave permission to investigate CM Siddaramaiah in the land scam case. Allegations came against Siddaramaiah for the irregularities in the layout of Mysore. Siddaramaiah said that he has not done anything wrong and that is why he is not resigning. He said that the Governor’s decision is against the Constitution and the law. The CM said that he will be tried in court and will fight the issue fairly. CM Siddaramaiah alleged that there is a big conspiracy to topple the elected government.
He said that BJP is playing similar tricks and the same happened in Delhi and Jharkhand states. There is a conspiracy to topple the government in Karnataka too. It is known that the central government, BJP and JDS are part of this conspiracy. He revealed that the Congress high command was with him and the government along with the cabinet was with him. Congress MLAs, MLCs, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members are also on his side. He alleged that Raj Bhavan is being used as a political platform.
CM Siddaramaiah said that the Governor is acting like a puppet in the hands of the Central Government.
