Cognizant Company is all set for massive expansion in Telangana. At a time when the IT sector is booming, the globally known Cognizant has taken a key decision. Another new company has come forward to be set up in Hyderabad, Telangana. About 15,000 people will get job opportunities through the decision of this new company. The center will be set up by Cognizant on an area of 10 lakh square feet.
Meanwhile, CM Revanth Reddy, who is currently on a US tour, IT Minister Sridhar Babu, Cognizant CEO Ravikumar and a group of company representatives had a meeting. The CMO said that an agreement was reached on the establishment of a new center on this occasion. The foundations of this agreement were laid during the visit of the Chief Minister’s team to Davos last year. Cognizant CEO S. Ravikumar said that they are happy to expand their company in Hyderabad, which has become a technology and innovation hub. The new center to be set up in Hyderabad will be used to better serve its clients around the world. Cognizant CEO S. Ravikumar said that along with IT services, it will provide state-of-the-art solutions in consulting.
On this occasion, CM Revanth Reddy said that his government is determined to create a more favorable environment for the IT sector. CM Revanth expressed the opinion that with the establishment of new center of Cognizant Company, world class technology companies will choose Hyderabad as their main destination. It has been announced that their government will provide adequate support to Cognizant. He said thousands of youths will get jobs with the establishment of the new center. CM Revanth Reddy also said that there will be a positive impact on the economy of the state.
