Free Journey: Free bus services start in Vijayawada

Tirupati Times, AP Bureau: The state government has made available free bus services from Ajit Singh Nagar, a flood-affected area, in the wake of receding flood flow. Six buses have been arranged to reach various parts of Vijayawada from Ajit Singh Nagar. Bus services are running smoothly under the supervision of APSRTC officials in accordance with the Chief Minister’s orders. The Government will take action on a war footing, understanding every detail regarding the welfare of the victims in accordance with the Chief Minister’s guidelines, along with taking measures on food supply, medical services, fresh water supply, providing medicines, etc. It is the government’s aim that no one should face any difficulties due to the impact of floods. As a part of this, the government has recently established free bus services.
