After the formation of the coalition government in AP, many important decisions are being taken. On the other hand, it has put a special focus on Tirumala Devasthanam. After changing the TTD Evo, the irregularities are being identified and corrected. It is in this context that strict measures are being taken in the wake of the complaints that there are irregularities related to Srivari darshan and accommodation. Allegations are being made that officials, brokers are cheating devotees in allotment of darshan and rooms. TTD has focused on this. Arrangements are being made to provide darshan and accommodation to the devotees without any inconvenience. It is trying to manage transparently without the involvement of middlemen.
Tirumala services are available both offline and online. However.. many brokers.. are deceiving the devotees who come to darshan of Srivari. TTD has recently conducted an inquiry into online bookings of Rs.300 special entrance darshan, dip, accommodation, acquired services and virtual services for the last one year. It also investigated the bookings of SSD tokens and accommodation services offline. It was found that huge bulk bookings were made using the same mail id and mobile number. 110 rooms have been found. He said that 807 rooms were booked simultaneously with another mobile number. He said that 926 accommodation rooms were booked online using mail.
1279 dip registrations in one year using same mobile number.. 48 dip registrations in one year using same mail id.. 14 SSD Sarvadarshan tokens were obtained using same ID proof. TTD officials said that they are investigating the matter and action will be taken.
However, the TTD officials said that face recognition system will be used for the devotees who come for darshan of Srivari. He said that services will be provided transparently without middlemen.
