Amit Rohidas, defender of the Indian hockey team from Odisha, received Rs. 4 crore freeze money has been announced by the state government. Each remaining player in the team will get Rs. 15 lakhs, each of the support staff Rs. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi said that 10 lakhs will be given. Amit Rohidas was born in Sundargarh district of Odisha. He has been playing as a defender for the Indian senior hockey team since 2013. Amit was also part of the Indian team that won the bronze medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He is a defender in the hockey team. He played 184 matches and scored 28 goals in his career. On the other hand, Hockey India has announced the reward for the players. Per player Rs. 15 lakhs and 7.5 lakhs for staff, Nazarana announced.
