Hyderabad wrestlers make their mark

Hyderabad: Wrestlers B Santhosh Kumar, Uday Kiran and Laksh of Ratan Singh Ustad Akhada in Hyderabad won three gold medals in the Greco-Roman category at the Inter-District Games held in Hyderabad on Monday.

Santosh is studying in Government Boys Junior College, Nampally, Uday in Tapasya Junior College and Laksh in Vijay Nagar Junior College. In other events, Abdul Majeed won gold, while J Kushal and Krishna bagged silver medals at the recently concluded School Games in Hyderabad. All six wrestlers are under the guidance of C Sandeep Yadav.
