Kangana Ranaut: Kangana Ranaut in trouble..! Himachal Pradesh High Court notices.. because?

Kangana Ranaut Election Challenged: It is known that Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, who contested as a BJP MP candidate from the Mandi parliamentary seat in the state of Himachal Pradesh, has won. However, now she is in trouble. The Himachal Pradesh High Court issued notices to her. Justice Jyotsna Rewal gave notice to Kangana to reply by August 21. There is a main reason for issuing notices by the High Court. Layak Ram Negi, a resident of Kinnaur, alleged that the nomination papers filed by him to contest from the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency were set aside. Layak stated in the petition that Kangana should be declared ineligible.

In his petition, Negi stated that he had previously worked in the forest department and retired early. He said that the no due certificate obtained from the department has been attached along with the nomination papers. However, the returning officer has ordered to bring certificates from electricity, drinking water and telephone departments as well. Layak Ram Negi has stated in the petition that he had taken everything and given it to the returning officer within the one day deadline, but when the officials did not take it, they declared that his nomination was being rejected. Ram Negi stated in his petition that he would have won from there if the nomination papers had been accepted. In this context, Layak appealed to the court to set aside the election of Kangana Ranaut. The High Court has issued a notice to Kangana to give an explanation on the merit petition before August 21.
