Balanagar: MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao of Kukatpally said that Sardar Sarvai Papannagoud was an ideal parent. On the occasion of the 374th birth anniversary of Sarvai Papannagoud on Sunday, in a program organized at Kookatpally, the statue of Papannagoud was garlanded and paid tribute to.

Later, the MLA said that Sarvai Papannagoud is a symbol of Telangana heroism. He said that today’s youth need to work hard to achieve his ambitions. He was praised for his efforts in the coordination of the clans against the royalist tendencies to bring out the inequalities existing in the society of that time.

Sardar Papannagoud, the hero of the struggle who fought for Bahujan statehood, said. It is said that Badugu has worked for the upliftment of the weaker sections. Division Corporator Jupalli Satyanarayana, leaders, activists and others participated in this program. Pagudala Baburao, a former corporator in Musapeta, paid tribute to the statue of Papannagoud by placing flowers. Bharatiya Janata Party Kookatpally in-charge Madhavaram Kantha Rao participated in the birth anniversary celebrations of Sarvai Papannagoud who was staying at Kookatpally.
