Neeraj Chopra Said I gave my best in Paris Olympics 2024: Javelin hero Neeraj Chopra said that he is happy that India got a medal. He said that the javelin throw event is very competitive and every athlete can perform on their own day. Neeraj says that this is Arshad Nadeem Day and he has given 100% effort. Neeraj Chopra (89.45m) won the silver medal in the javelin throw event at the Paris Olympics 2024. In the final, Javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan (92.97 meters) won the gold.

Neeraj Chopra said… ‘Whenever the country wins a medal we are all very happy. I need to improve my performance. Surely we will sit down and talk about it. Indian athletes performed brilliantly in the Paris Olympics. The javelin throw event is very competitive. Every athlete excels on their own day. It’s Arshad Nadeem Day. I gave my best. It is sad that we could not sing our national anthem. He said that the national anthem will be played in the future.
