Nature has created a paradise in Wayanad, Kerala. Over 300 people lost their lives in landslides due to heavy rains. Another 300 people were injured and are being treated in hospitals. Film and political celebrities are standing by the Kerala Chief Minister’s Relief Fund by announcing their funds.
Recently Rebel star Prabhas stood by the victims of Wayanad. Kerala Chief Minister announced a donation of Rs.2 crores to the relief fund. He expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the victims who died due to the heavy rains on July 30. Celebrities announced donations in the wake of the Wayanad natural disaster. Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and Allu Arjun have already announced a huge donation. Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi recently said that they are giving crores of rupees to the CM Relief Fund. Allu Arjun also revealed that he is giving Rs.25 lakhs. Kamal Haasan, Suriya, Jyothika, Karthi, Vikram, Nayanthara, Vignesh Sivan, Mammootty, Dulquer Salmaan, Fahadh Fazil and others also donated. Earlier, hero Mohanlal visited Wayanad in the rank of colonel. He announced a donation of 3 crore rupees as his contribution.
