Amaravati: The countdown to launch of SSLV-D3 Rocket has started from Shar in Sriharikota, Nellore district. ISRO Chairman Somnath said that the launch will take place from the first launch pad at Shar at 9.17 am on Friday. It was explained that the EOS-08 satellite that will be sent to Ningi through this launch will carry out ground observation. For this purpose, SSLV-D3 launch arrangements have been completed.

On this occasion, the details of the rockets to be launched this year were revealed. It was explained that Gaganyan rocket and Navik sat are being launched in November. He said that the probe satellite will go to Ningi through PSLV rocket launch this year. NASA claims to have postponed their Nissar launch. It was explained that different satellites will be sent to Ningi through PSLV, GSLV, MK3 and LVM3 rocket launches. Chairman Somnath revealed that radar imaging satellite, Geo imaging satellite, technology development satellite and TDS rocket will be ready for launch in another year.
