T20 World Cup 2024: The management of Women’s T20 World Cup this year has become a big headache. Where is Vedaka even though the mega tourney is only two months away? It is not fixed. The International Cricket Council (ICC) is left in a quandary as the BCCI is not ready to host the Women’s World Cup. Good news for the ICC who finally believed in the United Arab Emirates.

The Zimbabwe Cricket Board is showing interest in hosting the World Cup. The country’s board revealed that they are ready to hold the T20 World Cup as a neutral venue. Zimbabwe has said that they are ready to play some matches at the Harare Sports Club if the ICC allows it.

Due to anxiety..

As per the schedule, the T20 World Cup should be held in the month of October. However, it is known that in Bangladesh, which has got the hosting rights, there has been an uproar against reservations. The situation in Bangla, which has been plagued by violent attacks, has not yet improved.

With that, the International Cricket Council (ICC) is trying to move the World Cup venue. BCCI was approached by ICC as part of that process. However, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) handed it over to the ICC. With that, the ICC is considering UAE and Sri Lanka as preferred venues.
