Telangana shooters showed their strength in the India Open shooting in Goa

Hyderabad: In the recently concluded 0832 India Open Shooting Competition 2024 in Goa, Telangana shooters excelled and won multiple medals.

Manideep Jetta bagged two golds in the 50m Rifle 3P events. Rayyan Faisal Yousufuddin won gold in the 50m rifle prone junior men’s individual category. Arkita Karar bagged gold in 10m air pistol junior women individual and team categories. Other medalists Chennupalli Pranathi bagged one silver and one bronze while Gopala Krishna Kalagara and B Shankar bagged bronze and silver respectively to showcase Telangana‘s shooting prowess. Telangana Rifle Association congratulated the shooters on their achievements and wished them success in future competitions.

Results: Manideep Jetta: 2 golds in 50M Rifle 3P Men’s Individual and 50M Rifle 3P Junior Men’s Individual; Rayyan Faisal Yousufuddin: Gold in 50M Rifle Prone Junior Men’s Individual; Arkita Karar: Gold in 10M air pistol junior women’s individual and team categories; Gopala Krishna Kalagara: Bronze in 10M Pistol Master Men (ISSF) Individual Category; B Shankar: Silver in 25M Standard Pistol Master Men’s Individual Category; Chennupalli Pranathi: Silver in 50M Rifle 3P Women’s Individual and Bronze in Junior Women’s Individual in 50M Rifle Three Position.
