The drug bust has ended.. Vizag beach has been cleaned

Drunk driving is a crime. Drunk driving means taking risks. It not only risks their lives but also the lives of others. In some cases even innocent people who have done nothing wrong are victims of drunk driving. Even though the police are catching and imposing fines, arresting, impounding vehicles, and courts are imposing punishments, drug addicts are not changing.

Visakha Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court has imposed an innovative sentence to bring change in drug addicts. It is hoped that this will bring about a change in drug addiction. Besides this punishment will do some good to the society.

52 drug addicts were arrested in three days during the drunk and drive checks conducted in Visakhapatnam. The police produced them in the Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court. The judge gave them different sentences. The court decided that mere punishment was not enough and tried to bring about change in them. The beach was ordered to throw garbage and clean the beach.

As per the orders of the court, the police took 52 drug lords to Vizag beach. Covers, bottles and many wastes lying on the beach were taken away with them. Garbage on the beach was lifted from morning to evening. Videos related to this have now become viral on social media. Netizens are commenting saying that the drug addicts have come to an end. Mari hoped that there would be a change in them.
