While the train was descending, a student lost control and got stuck between the platform and the train. She experienced hell for about an hour and a half. Finally, the authorities broke the platform and rescued the young woman. This incident took place at Duvvada railway station of Visakhapatnam district on Wednesday.
The details are as follows.. Sasikala (20) from Annavara is studying the first year of MCA in an engineering college in Duvvada. Same day Guntur-Rayagada express train came to Duvwada. While the train was descending, the platform went down. The train got stuck in the middle of the platform. Tried to come out and failed.
Passengers nearby tried to save her. However, there was no profit. The information was given to the railway officials. They came and broke the platform and rescued the girl. After that, she was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. For about an hour and a half, the young woman experienced hell.
