The YCP government has been staying in Visakha since Dussehra

The YCP government has always wanted Visakhapatnam to be administered as the centre. But it seems that the right time is not coming for that. Recently, CM YS Jagan made a key announcement regarding the administration from Visakhapatnam. CM YS Jagan has ordered the ministers and high officials to be ready for the administration of Visakha from Dussehra.

In the AP Cabinet meeting, it was clarified that the administration will start from Visakhapatnam. It seems that CM KCR said in the cabinet meeting that the administration will be from Visakha from Vijayadashami onwards. It is advised to make all arrangements in this regard. It was decided to form a committee for the selection of government offices and other buildings. CM YS Jagan said that there will be relocation of offices as per the instructions of the committee. On the other hand, CM Jagan responded to the possibilities related to the Jamili elections and announced that he will proceed according to the decision of the central government. He said that YCP is ready to contest the election whenever it comes. The AP government had earlier declared Visakhapatnam as the administrative capital. Vijaya Dasami has been finalized for this. The cabinet has decided that the rule will start from Visakhapatnam from Dussehra. Many constructions are already underway in this regard.
