Tragedy | Tragedy during the festival.. A young man died due to electrocution in Vinayaka Mandapam
Amaravati: A tragedy took place in Potlur village of Savalyapuram mandal of Palnadu district. The death of a young man due to electrocution in the Vinayaka mandapa is a cause for concern. A youth named Vedasahayam (18) was electrocuted while lighting the mandapam. He died on the spot due to severe injuries.
After receiving the information, the family members came to the spot and mourned. There was tragedy in the village during the festival. The police went to the spot, conducted a post-mortem and sent the body to the hospital.
