UPSC | Key posts in the center.. Invitation to private employees!

UPSC | New Delhi, August 17: UPSSC has issued a job advertisement for filling up the posts in various departments like Union Finance, Home, Agriculture, Education. Applications are also going to be received from private sector employees. UPSC has issued a notification inviting applications for filling up 45 lateral entry posts at the level of Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Director. Central government employees are not eligible for these.

Applications are invited from state government employees, universities, PSUs, independent organizations and those working in the private sector. The last date to apply for 10 Joint Secretary, 35 Directory and Deputy Secretary level posts is September 17. The notification states that at least 10, 15 years of experience in the relevant field should be required. It has been said that they will have to work for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years under the deputation and contract system.
