Taj Mahal Tea has set up the world’s largest environmental interactive billboard in the heart of Vijayawada city. Brooke Bond, who achieved this feat, has entered the Guinness Book of World Records. This billboard was installed in front of Vijayawada Junction railway station. A 2250 square feet billboard with the name Megh Santoor was displayed. It is composed exclusively of Hindustani classical music. It offers an unprecedented experience to locals and passers-by. It seamlessly blends technology, nature, soulful tunes of Hindustani classical music.
Swapnil Dangarikar, official judge of Guinness World Records, India, APAC, presented the Guinness World Record certification to Taj Mahal Tea. Commenting on the unveiling of the billboard & certification, Siva Krishnamurthy, Head, Beverages and Foods, Hindustan Unilever said, “We are delighted that ‘Megh Santoor’ has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s largest eco-interactive billboard. “Taj Mahal is one of the biggest forts of tea in Vijayawada,” he said. A team of 50 experts worked hard for 6 months to set up this billboard.
