Ola Delivery Agent : A businessman from Noida had an unexpected experience. He ordered a meal from Ola Foods and was shocked to find his delivery partner eating it. Aman Birendra Jaiswal caught the delivery driver red-handed. The video was recorded while the delivery boy was eating the ordered food.

The Ola Foods delivery driver first called him and asked him to pay an additional Rs. Jaiswal was angry that he demanded 10. Initially, Jaiswal refused to agree. But, eventually Ola Foods agreed to pay more than the delivery charge already charged. However, the delivery driver made him wait for 45 minutes.
Customer complaint against Ola delivery agent :
Finally, Jaiswal caught Ola’s food delivery boy red-handed. Already, he was sitting on his parked motorcycle eating the food ordered by the customer. The attitude of the Ola delivery agent was even more shocking. When confronted.. he said “Haan to karte raho jo karna hai” (Do what you like). Jaiswal reprimands the delivery boy for eating his food.. then he again says “Kya Karun?” (What can I do?) he answered indifferently.
“Ola.. see what your food delivery partners are doing. First.. for coming I got extra Rs. He said he will take 10. After initially refusing I agreed. And then he made me wait for about 45 minutes. Whenever I remember him, he says this,” Jaiswal shared the video on Instagram and shared his bitter experience. According to media reports, Ola is yet to resolve the victim’s complaint.

A user shared that he had a similar experience “Same thing happened to me yesterday. I tried ordering from Ola Foods. Ordered. Order taken.
I got the delivery person update. Then the delivery guy didn’t move. Didn’t do that. My call was not answered. I am aware that there is no complaint or redressal system in Ola Foods or Ondc. But, this afternoon, the user told me that I canceled the order.
“Not only Ola.. this has happened to me many times in Swiggy too. Someone chooses food from a restaurant. Delivery partner does not take calls. Swiggy also stated that they are trying to stay close to the partner. By then it will be 2 hours and the whole order will restart again.
Actually it takes around 4 hours for the food to be delivered,” another netizen shared his experience. “This happens only with Ola. I have experienced twice without even sharing the OTP without marking the order as delivered. Also, CED is not available on Ola for food deliveries,” commented another user.
