Vizag: Huge fire in Dino Park.. Fire under control in 30 minutes

Visakhapatnam: A massive fire broke out at the Dino Park (Robotics Adventure Walkway) filled with toys made of plastic, fiber and foam, a police official said on Tuesday. The recreation center was engulfed in thick smoke as the fire broke out. This incident made the local people panic.

But there was no loss of life or injuries as the park was closed in the morning and the fire was brought under control within 30 minutes, the official said. According to the police, the fire broke out at Dino Park at 11.30 am. Dino Park.. is an entertainment center with horror house, robotic dinosaurs to attract the children of the city.

“The accident took place at Dino Park in RK Beach. Toys made of fiber and foam were burnt,” said Deputy Commissioner of Police Ajitha Vejendla. Police are investigating the cause of the fire.

Considering the flammable nature of those fiber and foam toys, the fire created a large amount of smoke and flames. Officials suspect that a short circuit may have caused the fire at the Dino Park. Assessing the damage. Vejendla said that two fire engines reached the spot and doused the fire. Police have registered a case.
