WI vs SA | Windies fight to match.. Series South Africa

WI vs SA : Big shock for West Indies at home. South Africa won the series 1-0 with a resounding victory in the second Test, which was held in a dramatic manner. The West Indies, who drew the first test on a very difficult basis, did not put up any fight this time. Tailenders showed persistence as Kagiso Rabada (3/50) and Keshav Maharaj (3/37) held the top down. However, the home team is bound to lose. Themba Bavuma’s team won by 40 runs after Maharaj dismissed Jaydon Seals (27).

In the second Test held in Guyana, West Indies lost handily. In the pursuit of 262 runs, they faltered from the start and surrendered the match. Rabada (3/50) was inundated with bullet balls.. Maharaj (3/37) turned again.

With that, Jaidon Seals (27) and Gudakesh Moti (45) helped the West Indies who lost half their wickets for 103. They fought hard and added 77 runs. However..Maharaj gave a big break to Safaris who dismissed Moti as an LB. After that it did not take much time for Windies’ innings to end.

Seals Six

Windies restricted South Africa to 160 in the first innings. After that the Windies also collapsed with the boom of Nandre Berger (3/49) and Mulder (4/32). However, in the second innings, the Safari team could not score big. Kyle Verreyenne (59) and Eden Markram (51) excelled with half-centuries but the rest failed. Jaydon Seals (6/61) took six wickets as South Africa were bowled out for 246 runs.
