Samantha Ruth Prabhu starred in the TV show ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ after a long gap. Fans are waiting to see when this show will come. At the Citadel: Honey Bunny teaser launch event in Mumbai on Thursday, Bollywood hero Varun Dhawan revealed that he hit Samantha Ruth Prabhu.

Varun said in the press conference that even though he had to beat Samantha in a scene, he said that Samantha did not get hurt at all. He said that Samantha used to come forward saying ‘hit me.. hit me’. Varun Dhawan praised her for being sick during the shoot. Honestly, compared to Samantha, my preparation was very easy.. When she joined the show, everyone knew what she was fighting for. I thought my rehearsals were tough.. but I saw her amazing work ethic despite the hardships she faced.. that really inspired me,” says Varun.
