CM Revanth Reddy has repeatedly criticized the NDA government led by Narendra Modi in his campaign meeting saying that it has given nothing to Telangana and that it has given donkey's egg during these ten years. In this context, Kishan Reddy responded boldly. How much was given to Telangana during ten years of UPA? How much was given during the ten years of NDA? They threw a challenge saying let's solve it. From 2004 to 2014, how much funds were given by the Center to Telangana during the Manmohan Singh government? From 2014 to 2024, how many funds were given by Narendra Modi government? Kishan Reddy wrote an open letter inviting the discussion.

Kishan Reddy said that the Modi government has given Rs.9 lakh crore to Telangana in the last ten years. He said that he will prove the details along with the calculations. Revanth Reddy demanded to tell how much funds were given to Telangana and how much was spent during the previous Congress regime. He said that after Narendra Modi comes to power as Prime Minister, he will discuss the funds given for the development and welfare schemes of Telangana. In the letter, he challenged Revanth Reddy to clarify what happened during the Congress regime, saying that he would explain what Modi had done in the areas of national highways, railway network, farmers' development and welfare programs.
