Provision of Shrivari Seva in a more transparent manner through online

TTD offers a wide range of services- Devotees who praised Eo. Many devotees praised EV Shri AV Dharma Reddy that the darshan, accommodation, food offerings and other facilities provided by TTD are good. During the Dial Your Evo program on Friday in the meeting hall of the Tirupati TTD administration building, Evo answered the questions asked by many devotees.

 1. Shri Harinath Reddy – Hyderabad, Shri Dayakar – Nellore

Question – I have seen the programs undertaken by many EOs since 1975. As the TTD EO like K.S.Shri PVRK Prasad in the past, the many facilities and programs you are doing for the devotees are very wonderful.

Evo – Thank you for your understanding and encouragement. Thus we will provide more services to the devotees.

 2. Sri Eshwar – Nandyala, Sri Ravindra – Hyderabad, Ms Ruchita Devi – Hyderabad, Sri Nageswara Reddy – Vanaparthi, Ms Lavanya – Hyderabad

Q – As soon as Srivari Seva Kota is released online, all the dates are getting blocked. Buffering. So people like us have suspicions that there is a lack of transparency somewhere.

Evo – Srivari Seva Online Application is designed with great transparency. There is no room for doubt.

Don't give money to the brokers of Srivari's servants. Any technical issues will be resolved.

 3. Shri Nageswara Rao – Hyderabad

Question – I wrote “Govinda Koti” books twice. Have a glimpse of Lord.

Deliver “Govinda Koti” books at EVO – Tirumala Peshkar office. You will be given a vision.

 4. Sri Srinivas – Hyderabad

Question – Srivari Suprabhata Seva came in Luckydip. Failed to pay the fee.

Evo – Our officers will talk to you and take action.

 5. Sri Surya – Hyderabad Sri Mahesh – Hyderabad

Question – We have booked a Darshan ticket, but the rooms are not available online.

Evo – Tirumala has only 7500 rooms. We are allocating 50 percent of the rooms through online advance booking. Devotees who are unable to find rooms online can register at Tirumala CRO and get rooms. Rooms are also available in Tirupati.

 6. Sri Prasad – Kakinada

Question – Make Kavitraya Maha Bharatham books published by TTD available to readers.

Evo – Maha Bharatham books will be sent if they are in stock, otherwise we will reprint them.

 7. Sri Murali – Bobbili

Question – It has been decided that only 20 years will be given to the donors who donate to TTD. Increase it.

For transparency in evo – donor darshan, the donor must be identified while going for darshan.

 8. Sri Srinivas – Warangal Sri Mahesh – Lingampally Sri Narsappa – Bangalore Sri Saikrishna – Hyderabad

Question – TTD arrangements are good. There is a lot of jostling from the silver porch to the gold porch. Old people, disabled people and small children are suffering.

EVO – Devotees are allowed to have darshan from Shrivari Temple Mahadwaram to Bangaru Vakili in single queue line system. Vigilance and training of the temple staff will be taken without any inconvenience to the devotees.

 9. Sri Appanna – Visakhapatnam

Question – Private hotels in Tirumala are charging high rates. Street vendors are harassing devotees at Akhiland, control them. Cancel the Rs.300 special entry tickets and offer a refund.

Evo – We have taken steps to control rates in private hotels in Tirumala. As a part of this, AP Tourism has already allocated 4 hotels for them with low rent. TTD vigilance staff will control the street vendors. It is not possible to cancel and refund Rs.300 ticket.

10. Shri Manohar – Muscat

Question – Letters of recommendation are not accepted in AP due to election code. How to do Srivari Break Darshan.

Break ticket can be obtained through Evo – Srivani Trust. NRI darshan can also be obtained. No letters of recommendation will be accepted until the code is complete.

11. Sri Hanumantha Rao – Guntur

Question – I am a disabled person and received Suprabhata Seva at Luckydeep. TTD staff looked good when it came to service.

12. ⁠Sri Kandaswamy – Tamil Nadu

Question – Give Rs.300 Special Entry Darshan Tickets Offline.

Evo – Not available offline. TTD is issuing SSD tokens in Tirupati.
